Advising

The Department of Mathematics offers three undergraduate degrees: the Each student should consult with a faculty advisor to determine which degree program best fits the individual students needs.

Students finishing after June 30, 2009 should be aware that only the BATT will be accepted as a CSET waiver program after that date.

Students may see any faculty member for program advice. New and transfer students should see an advisor before registering for classes. The department has implemented mandatory advising for all mathematics majors registering for Winter quarter. This registration occurs about the middle of Fall quarter. Information about various university requirements is available from the Undergraduate Studies web page. Information on obtaining a teaching credential from CSUSB can be obtained from the CASE office.
