MDTP Description of Results

MDTP project sites score pre-collegiate tests and return results year throughout the year.  Scoring is completed within two days, except during peak scoring seasons when it may take as long as a week to return the results.  Allowances should be made for shipping to and from our sites.

Test results returned to Junior and Senior High School teachers include:
Class results on the entire test and each topic
Graphic displays of class results
Item analysis by percentage of students
Item analysis by number of students
Individual student results
A letter to each student

The student letter tells each student his or her score.  More importantly, it states what topics were done well, what topics need review, and what topics need substantial review.

For sample results and more information, use the Junior/Senior High School button on the left, and then go to MDTP Test Diagnostic Results section.

CSU and UC personnel can use the University button for additional information about who to contact in MDTP with their questions.

Community College personnel can use the college button to discover more information about MDTP in community colleges.  They can also contact our community college coordinator with questions.
