Maple Information
Maple is a computer algebra system (CAS). It can solve equations, do derivatives
and integrals, graph functions, and much much more.
Maple in the CSUSB Math Department
Maple is available on the department Sun and Linux computers. We
are currently running Maple V release 3
on the sun computers and Maple V release 5 on the Linux computers.
Maple Assistance
To start maple, either click on the maple icon or type "xmaple"
in a shell tool
or command tool window.
Maple has an extensive on-line help system which will answer most questions.
